U will have to go to the changing room before anything to dress in their shorts & tshirt. They do have a bathroom you can change in (if you don't want to be in front of the other women). Then you could go into the co-ed area. Which has the different saunas to relax in, as well as massage's, foot reflexology, and restaurant.
Yes..... the co-ed is relaxing if the kids are not there going in and out of it
You do have to wear a robe to join in the coed areas but they have locker rooms to change in
