The grounds are fantastic, I gave room's 3 star because the fans where built up with so much dust we had to clean them ourselves I know they are short on cleaning staff , but other than that it's a really nice facility

Great stay with friends for a family vacation. Very nice amenities and service from the staff. Sept 2022

After you leave, they take money from your account without prior notice, you call to find out what it is and they don't know how to give you information. They give you a talk to offer their services and if you don't want them they harass you and take money from you without warning! If I could give 0 I would give them 0. SCAMMERS!

We were staying there for Halloween Horror Nights and let me just say it was an interesting stay. Let me start by saying the resort is beautiful and worth staying in. The rooms are literally a whole condo with extra amenities if you need them like plates, bowls, silverware and etc. There is a laundry room which I did not expect and I am glad to say it was free to use. The best part of the room is the beds, there so comfy and we really got a good nights rest. Me, my mom and my friend were very impressed and had a great stay in the room. Now guest services wise is were it goes a little down hill, our check in was great, they guy who check us in was nice and the guy who got our parking pass (shout out to Carlos) was amazing. The first problem was the guy who checked us in gave us the wrong room number, which it is fine. Room numbers get mixed all the time, but the guy really thought he gave us the right room number. The second day though was crazy. My mom had to be out of the room and asked if we could get a key for us since we did not have any extra key (we lost our extra keys by accident). We call front desk in our room and said that we were going down to get a key which they were fine with, once we got down tough everything changed. They didn't really say anything to us and just ask for ID's and the name the reservation was under. I wish there was just more conversation like "How was our stay going?' or "Are you having a good day." It just felt like they were judging us and did not care about us which really sucked. But I will say the pool guys were probably the best out of all the staff. There are 2 slides at one of the pools at the resort and one of them was super nice to me and my friend, he would even count us down if we wanted to do a race down the slides. We also loved the guy who closed down the pool for the night, he asked us a lot of questions about our stay and why we were here which I liked. Overall, our stay was a bit mixed but we did have a great time. I would most likely stay here again in the near future. It is a perfect place to go if you have a group of people you want to hang out on vacation with. We got a good price since I am a Choice Employee as well. It is also a good place to go if you are planning to go to one of the theme parks. Like I said before we went for Halloween Horror Nights and we were only 10 minutes away from the park. We even did some extra things at Disney since we were only 10 minutes away from there as well. If you are planning a trip down to Orlando and need a good resort, this is the one to book.

You do not have to bring anything. They provide all.
We go to this resort every year, and they've never had a shuttle.
Rooms have a washer and dryer and provide detergent. Very nice resort !
I loved my time at the resort! It was clean and comfortable and the staff was more then accommodating. We will absolutely stay again :)
Yes full Kitchen 2 bedrooms 2 bathrooms
I didn't stay in a presidential but they had them in the two bedroom deluxe so I'd imagine they're in the presidential.
You may request one from the front desk.
No added fees. They require a credit card to hold for any major damages.
You should be able to. The rooms are spacious. My husband is in a wheelchair and although we did not have a wheelchair accessible room, he got around easily. Plenty of room.
Building 1 has recently been renovated, so I doubt you will get a bad room
It depends on which building you're staying in. Distance is similar to a hotel setup. You should request a room near the entrance or elevator.
Yes there is a spa on site. You'll want to make a reservation when you get there. They're popular.
Slide goes by height
They are nice rooms, many pics on internet to see. The resort is nice, also. Ask specifically how long it should take. I think they always say about 2 hours , but definitely ask. If it goes over the quoted time, tell them !
Many pools. And water slide. But not a water park even though they call it that
Don't encourage people to sneak a dog into a no dogs allowed resort. That's wrong and if you are near my unit I will report you and you will be asked to leave and pay 250 cleanup fee
They can set something up through a 3rd party company, but it'd be cheaper to uber or taxi to the park's drop off point. If you have a car, just pay the standard parking fee $20 and take the free parking tram or walk about a mile to the monorail to MK. You can use pay-to-ride public buses (Lync) and some walking to get to Disney Springs and ride the Disney Resort buses (Contemporary Resort is closest to MK) but it will cost a lot of time getting there. Or Lync #8 route to #50 route to the MK monorail. Still 1.5 hours one way easily. Note if you stick around for the Happily Ever After fireworks @ 9pm, you may be blocked from leaving due to crowd size and likely wait in long lines and stuffed on the train back to the parking lot.
They actually use 3 different types from soft to firm
Yes. Full size appliances, dishwasher, small appliances such as toaster, washer and dryer. Everything you need is all there.
The Disney Springs (shopping mall) shuttles only go to Disney resorts. Each resort has transport to a park. Not sure if they validate your stay to ride them. Too slow anyhow. Better to drive and pay the parking fee or use taxi/Uber.
Yes they are available. You can call and request one ahead of time before you get there so it will be in your room waiting when you arrive.
Yes but they need a parking pass too
No they don't. But they have a concierge area in the lobby that can help you get there!
There was a ceiling fan in the bedrooms and living room.
They do have a white season
There is a shuttle but no rental car company on site
Most have a kitchen
No they don't
Yes, just in with ther registration office and you're good to go
Depends what you consider a spa. Their is hot tubs and a Steam Sauna but like a spa proper no.
I have been able to get early check-ins if the unit is ready. Go to the front desk when you arrive, if the unit is ready they will check you in. If not they will usually get someone on it and contact you when it is ready. We arrived early and was given pool access until our unit was ready, and we still were able to check in before 1.
Not that a know of but theirs at less 1 at every pool site...
They don't have a email address just for the resort
No, but you'll have a full kitchen and all you have to do is supply the food. They even have a dishwasher as well as a washer and dryer. The closest thing to home you'll find anywhere!
Believe the closest beaches are 1- 11/2 hours away. Daytona and Cocco Beach
Are the pools warm? Well they were when I visited in early November, but I can't answer if they are heated pools.
It's around $149 per night. Google maps will get you there in about 15 minutes from the airport.
Around 5 miles or so, depends on what route you take to get there, freeway or streets.
We stayed in building 7, 5th floor and there was one in the master bedroom
Its close to mco a short 15 minute drive
The pools close at 10pm but they have two pools and open at 10 am so they are open for 12 hours every day
First, they're beautiful! Every room I've stayed in has been different. This time it was a 2 bed-- master had a king, the 2nd had 2 fulls and a sofa bed in the living room. Washer/dryer, full fridge, stone counter top, balcony, master bath had in suite hot tub.
They do have a shuttle to go to most places. Universal Studios just may be one of them.
No they do not. You just need the room key to access the pool.
It's better to go off the property. I went shopping at Wal-Mart and cooked in the room.
If you tell the check-in desk that you have two vehicles they will give you the second pass no charge
Blue Green is a good deal. We even booked room in Tenn. And it was great. Fireplace was great
Just like a regular reservation but pulling out your preference for pool Cabana
Yes, but don't throw the buts over the balcony, respect the properties and other residents.
No i just stayed there every thing was great.
They will provide coffee if you contact guest services
No shuttle. Uber is between $8-$12. Bigger car is $15
Best to rent a car. So much cheaper if booked in advance. But Also an uber is just $12 or sometimes less. But if you have laugages. I would say $8-$12
if you are staying in a 2 bedroom . they also have a queen pull out coach in the living room. so depending on the age of people and if you have couples, or teens. that's 2 persons per bed fitting 8 people in total with out a cot. when I stayed we were a family of 8 and the resort allowed us to use the 2 bedroom for that purpose. The resort informed us that the 2 bedroom time share is designed for 8 people
Don't believe you can or should, I would ask if I were you
Fireworks will be in Disney. Universal has light show.
The suites rooms are very spacious. I had a 2 bedroom. The master had a King and the second one had 2 queens. The living room had a pull out.
Go on the Bluegreen website
No
No.
In a deluxe 2 bedroom, there is room for 8 people if you include the sofa beds. So i would say a minimum of 10 in the presidential suite, best to ask the resort directly.
There is a late check-out option at 11am but the front desk doesn't always relay the message
Yes
Trust me the prices are better online.
No they do partner with third party, but for a fee.. I recommend uber.
Are there hair dryers in all bathrooms
