Went at 9:00am to get coffee before checkout. Checkout by the way is 11:00am. When I got back a few minutes later, housekeeping had gone in my room packed my things in a big plastic bag and sat them by the window and had already cleaned the room. I DO NOT like being kicked out of the room before checkout!!! I don't even know if I got all of my belongings or not. What was the rush!!! I will never stay in this hotel again!!! My advice if you stay there, don't go for coffee prior to checkout!!!

I booked 2 rooms, one for 5 people and one for one person. Luckily the room for one person had two beds because when I booked for 5 people it said there was 2 double beds and a single chair bed.....there was not! . The 5 person shared in the other room. Upon arrival reception staff very slow and miserable. The rooms are very basic and not that clean. We had issues with door locks and blocked toilets, we had to move rooms. We have noticed in both rooms tiny little mites crawling around the sink , unsure of what these are and will be reporting. The hotel shop is sufficient although staff are very miserable and unaccomodating. Great location but very unorganised for a hotel on international drive. We have had 2 nights of the fire alarm going off for no reason and disturbing our sleep and no apology for the inconvenience. Still have 5 days left of holiday but wish we could have stayed somewhere else, hope we don't have any more issue 😕

Really, the facilities are very good, I almost took a "cat" I explain, the check in is at 16:00 and my flight arrived at 6:00 in the morning, as I didn't want to wait, I made a reservation for the previous day , that is, I was already entitled to stay even during the flight, but when I went to check-in, the next day, the receptionist told me that I could only enter at 16:00, it was no good, as I was already it even paid for the whole stay, but I complained at the hotel and they resolved it quickly. Their is a free shuttle bus to Disney and you would get money off your park if you go on their excursion (I didn't) I know you asked about transport in an Uber it costs around 20-30 euro xx

I am not to sure. I know that they serve breakfast buffet style. Adults $9.99 kids 5 and under eat free with each paying adult and kids over five eat for $5.99.
Once you have been given your room number, you can go through the reception, past the shop and cafe, out into the big courtyard with the swimming pool. The rooms all surround this area so you should be able to find it from there. Enjoy your stay :)

There are no Portuguese speaking employees. Some understand Spanish. If you can speak at least a little bit you will have no problems.

I didn't take any shuttle to Disney from the hotel. My understanding is that they provide free shuttle to Disney as they have a counter across from their checked in counters that sells theme parks tickets including Disney. Give Rosen Inn International a call to verify about the free shuttle.
They have transfer to universal and you would have to reserve it a day before because the quotas are very limited, disney lls is better uber

If you're willing to take an Uber, it'll cost you somewhere between $15-30 dollars each way depending on which part of Disney you want to go to and the time of day (can be more expensive at peak times i.e when everyone is leaving the park). Cheapest way is to go to Disney springs and then make your way there via the Disney buses (there's no direct buses from Disney springs so you have to go to a hotel first but the staff will tell you which hotel is the closest to the park you need to go). Some of the parks are within walking distance of hotels (e.g. Hollywood Studios) so this isn't too much of a problem.
Sorry we had a car for our holiday so had free parking, it took us a about 1.5 hours to get there but was an easy drive , even in a tropical storm . I would definitely recommend a car as you get a lot more Freedom
