Is there a shuttle to Universal and Volcan Bay?

The shuttle goes to the main Universal park and from there you can catch a second one to there other parks.

Yes they run a few times a day but need to booked advance the day before as its busy

Yes, the hotel has 3 shuttles 9.15am 10.15am and 11.15am from the hotels carpar. and returns at 17.25, 18.25 and 19.25 ( but check with the hotel for times) Also on International drive the 38 lynx goes passed universal (at platform 12 for retuns) and the green shuttle bus go passed as well.
