Nice property, but the valet punctured my tire when they brought down my car, resulting in $200+ of costs to tow the car and have the tire replaced. I picked up my car early in the morning from valet and my tire pressure was showing as low. Within a half a mile trip down the road, it was completely flat. If I had a punctured tire before I gave it to the valet the night before, my tire would have been all the way flat when they brought it to me, but that was not the case. Upon inspection, a huge bolt was inside the tire and it could not be patched. My car model does not have an on-board spare, so I had to tow it to the Infiniti dealership and get it replaced. That cost me over $200, which was more than the hotel stay itself. Not very happy with the level of care given to my vehicle while staying at this property.

Positive: Cool adaptive reuse of an old office building. Large rooms with high ceilings and mid century architecture. Negative: Nothing.

No parking, no hot water in the shower. Our room was right above the bar so I didn’t sleep much. The floor was thumping from the music. I was given 2 free drinks to make me feel better about my complaints. $6 for my free drinks.

Driving or walking? Walking - you arent really close to a 'mall', but you are in the heart of downtown. Close by - church a d orange street restaurants and bars, the amway center, the phillips preforming arts center. About 10 minute drive from the concention center. If shopping/theme parks are what attracts you for your trip, you'll find closer hotels near I drive. If you want metropolitan, cool downtowm vibes, this is your place.

They allow two dogs of any size for an additional fee of $50 per night. They have limited dog friendly rooms though.
