Northwest women's fitness is haven to those of us that wish for a safe and comfortable gym experience. The whole vibe is supportive but non-pressuring. Their trainers are excellent. The girls that work at the front desk are amazing. Abbi and Katherine are especially fantastic. I always feel like I'm being greeted by friends when I walk in and see them standing behind the desk. Abbi is always ready with a compliment and rooting me on when she sees me working towards my fitness goals. They show me every time I am there what customer service is all about. The gym facility is wonderful. A variety of equipment to accommodate all styles. I love the environment there and I love getting to see my friends every time I come in!

This is the only gym that I have ever looked forward to going to. The staff are very friendly and have always made me feel welcome. The team training classes are awesome (especially boxing) and the personal trainers are great. I’ve worked with three different trainers at various times, and they all have been very motivating and helpful. I love the smaller, women only vibe and I feel the environment is very warm and positive. This place feels like a spa, with a lovely locker room, sauna and light room. There is no way I’ll ever go back to big box, corporate, co ed fitness.

This is a terrible gym to actually workout in. The classes here are extremely easy and the majority of people are either sitting around talking or older people doing mobility exercises. No hate on mobility but the constant sitting on machines and talking were annoying. All of this would be totally fine just slightly annoying but the real problem is the personal trainers - they are horribly rude. I was there for a month and every single time I went to the gym a trainer would take the equipment I was using or come sit or put their papers on the box or machine I was using. Once while I was literally jumping on a box the angry blond trainer put her clipboard down in front of me and told me to move then proceeded to Not even use the box. And I don’t have a problem with sharing! But this wasn’t sharing this was just rudeness for the sake of proving they owned the place. There were identical pieces of equipment being unused they could have had. I was literally never able to finish a workout without having to move for them - often multiple times in an hour workout. If you’re here for the saunas and the yoga it’s chill the facilities are very nice but if your goal is to get a workout in I would just go to a 24 hour it’s cheaper and the people working there are much nicer.

I love this place! The instructors and trainers I have worked with, especially Bree and Carol, have been genuinely friendly, encouraging, motivating, and helpful. The monthly rate is a little higher than some other gyms, but it is much less than a monthly fee for a yoga, pilates, or barre studio, though those classes are offered here, and the environment is so encouraging and unintimidating. I have found I feel much more at ease in my quest to get into shape at a women's only gym than i thought i would. The place is clean and the equipment is nice.

10 years old and up are allowed to workout in the club. We don't have a specific boxing class for girls. We have what we call team trainings, that is up to 4 people boxing training. That is offered on Mondays and Tuesdays at 10am.
It depends on type of membership, and how much personal training you sign up for. Range runs $45 to $100+. Great club though! Sign up for 6 weeks through groupon and see how it works for you.
yes, Zumba classes are offered Mondays and Wednesdays at 10am, Tuesdays at 4:30pm, Fridays at 5:30pm, Saturdays 11am, and Sunday at 11:35am.
