They can set something up through a 3rd party company, but it'd be cheaper to uber or taxi to the park's drop off point. If you have a car, just pay the standard parking fee $20 and take the free parking tram or walk about a mile to the monorail to MK. You can use pay-to-ride public buses (Lync) and some walking to get to Disney Springs and ride the Disney Resort buses (Contemporary Resort is closest to MK) but it will cost a lot of time getting there. Or Lync #8 route to #50 route to the MK monorail. Still 1.5 hours one way easily. Note if you stick around for the Happily Ever After fireworks @ 9pm, you may be blocked from leaving due to crowd size and likely wait in long lines and stuffed on the train back to the parking lot.
No. You will have to drive to, and park at, the Ticket and Transportation Center. (about 15 minutes). Then, you can take the Monorail or Ferry to MK. Parking is $20/day.
