Very terrible experience at this hotel. First off, on my way to the hotel, I received an email saying my card declined and my room reservation would be canceled if the information isn’t updated within a few hours. I tried calling the hotel for hours to rectify the situation and no one would answer. I just had to do what I could on my end and hope that everything would be okay by the time I got there. Once I arrived at the hotel, I asked why they don’t answer phone calls and the lady said the workers just don’t answer the phones for whatever reason. That’s was stressful, annoying, and the first red flag. Second, when I got to my room, the TV and phone didn’t work. Lastly, the first day after our first night, house keeping didn’t come to our room. We were in the room sleeping for most of the day so I thought they tried to come but noticed we were in the room and left, so our room didn’t get cleaned, which was understandable. The next day, we were gone basically all day and came to our room to see that it still wasn’t cleaned. I called the front desk and the lady said we had to bring our towels downstairs and get new ones since it was late. When I went down there, I asked her why house keeping didn’t come and she said house keeping only comes if requested, which is ridiculous. All in all, it wasn’t the best experience at this hotel and I’ll never be staying here again. The only reason why I’m giving it 2 stars is because it is close to attractions and right across the street from Icon Park.

Totally gross. When I get to the place, nothing clean, I ask about the room. It was something extremely disgusting. When I went downstairs, they gave me another room and even worse. I honestly left the place, I was not going to sleep there. I do not recommend it

Room was dirty. Someone had been in the bed. Used cups, coffee and used wash rags all over counter. Insufficient pillows on beds. Looked like 2 couch pillows. Asked for a new room. Desk clerk was unapologetic and rude. Wanted us to remove all our belongings first in torrential rain. My belongings and myself were soaked. Checked out and had to find another hotel.

The place is disgusting definitely owned by someone who doesn't care roach infested and out of date don't let the front fool you This place needs serious renovations the only thing good is the use of the YMCA and the location seriously if you can wait and save up for another place do it trust us
I truly agree terrible everything, no rags and towels had to ask for toilet paper
Just stayed there 3 days ago and it was ok. Not bad for the price, it was clean but they ran out of towels.

i stayed there to long and its boring to be at alone and that true it says it has free WiFi and it doesn't work, my room didn't have a microwave either nor coffee pot and the shower suck cause the bathroom floor gets soked so i gave up and left definitely ain't gonna return to that resort id rather get an apartment or a house with the love of my life.

We had to go to Walmart and get towels and washcloth it was my last time to stay there

The good news is that its close toninternational drive and within walking distance of the pointe, resturaunts, and a pretty cool mini golf course. The bad news is that its just not a nice hotel. Its a plave to lay your head for little money. Nothing more.
I wish we would have done our due diligence in checking on the reviews. My advice is to please read al thel reviews. It was a horrible experience. We were so disgusted. Never will come here again. We RATE this place an absolute ZERO!!

Don't bother contacting the General Manager either....they do not respond!!!
