Officer Rivera is such a great help always responsive always so polite and has manners such a great person and has helped me on multiple occasions we need more security like him. Everything is great about this complex.

This place is very unfair and selective. I originally applied for the low income but then I realized I am eligible for the moderate income do to me having a full time and part time job so then I went in to have them review it again. I qualified for Moderate with the income part, but then I was declined according to the letter do to "no favorable prior landlord reference" which is so ridiculous. I was given such a hard time over the pettiest things which gave me a red flag I wasn't going to get it but I still persisted to try. I know for a fact that this place takes "section 8 vouchers" and "HUD rental assistance programs" which doesn't give hard working people with no Rental assistance a fair chance at renting. Not to mention the amount of renters there who are low income with undocumented income living there for years this place is so outrageous and oblivious to what goes on in their units. Completely unfair. None the less the complex is very nice beneficial for people who would appreciate all that's included with the units, despite the sketchy people hanging around every time I have gone into the office.
