I bought 3 iPad minis from online through xfinity. One of them would not activate. After talking with customer support on the phone, I was advised to bring in the faulty device for a new Sim card. I have visited now 4 times trying to get a working iPad mini which I have paid for and these people refuse to do anything to solve the problem. They'd rather provide sassy remarks and provide petty excuses all the while like many previous to me, they simply pass the buck.

Interesting that there is no answer to any of the questions for Leominster Xfinity store's direct number. We have an urgent technical problem that absolutely requires speaking to a LIVE staff member and scheduling an onsite visit.
