This place is great! Me and some friends stayed here last year and it was an amazing, quiet getaway. Unfortunately, when I tried to re-book this year they said they're no longer doing short-term rentals. But if you're looking for a long term rental (or to buy) then I highly recommend!

I recently returned from the Desert sands Vintage trailer Park and WOW what a cool experience I had! Warren set me up with a trailer called “Blue Bertha” what a beautiful trailer, carefully restored , super comfortable and room with an incredible view of the desert and a mountain range . At night I sat outside just relaxed with my dog and grilled Brats with the gas BBQ that comes with each trailer. What a great getaway, I can’t wait to go back, Kevin

Our family had a lovely time even in the heat at Desert Sands. The AC is on point. Amenities amazing. Creative decks and porches...The views spectacular. Friendly people. Unique little town to explore. The hosts and customer service was 5 star. Wish we found this unique vintage trailer park much sooner. We will be back!

We passed this vintage RV park last year and it was so cute from the road. We decided to check it out the next time we were in Borrego Springs. This past weekend we did just so. We rented "The Time Capsule" a 1968 Avion Camper - looks like an Airstream. We arrived very late and it was pitch black, except for an amazing sky of stars. Our bed was set up (table converted) and we simply crashed. Our kids each had a bed in the twin beds in the hall. In the morning when we walked out of the camper we were absolutely in awe. We had the most amazing view! It was pitch black the night before and we had no idea what we would see in the morning. Absolutely gorgeous! This has to be the best spot in the entire park! (I said that over and over all weekend.) The Park - Super Cute & Every Spot Is So Unique Showers - Very Clean & Maintained Pool/Hot Tub- Well Kept and Amazing Views! Communication with the owner was great as well. We will definitely be back!
