Our stay was great. Our Casita was like the best room we've stayed in in a long time. The service was excellent. All of the amenities were great and we felt that they concentrated on our health and safety! We booked again for next year.

Great desert getaway! Rooms very large and super clean. Bed comfortable and comfy. Grounds very well kept and pool areas clean and not too crowded. Fox bistro meal was excellent. Corkage fee very reasonable if you bring your favourite bottle. Did not have a chance to enjoy the spa services.

Terrible customer service! We went there for our anniversary, check in was at 4, but they couldn’t check us in, and weren’t even sure what time they’d be able to give us a room! Front desk especially Martha was extremely rude, and instead of trying to accommodate, she suggested we went to another hotel!!!! I’ve never had such a bad experience in any hotels, and we have been to many throughout the world. We had to turn around and drive back home for 2 hours. Also we had lunch in the restaurant while waiting for our room, the food was awful, there were flies everywhere, would not recommend this resort to my worst enemy.

We love this resort! We often drive there from Coronado for lunch. Once it was 114 degrees during the pandemic. We sat outside and though it was blazing hot πŸ”₯ we had a nice lunch. We continued to a place we had not visited, Salton Sea. Smoke from northern fires obscured the view but it was our adventure. Our last visit was to see friends camping in Borrego. The extremely high winds caused palm fronds to fall from the sky, but we hae fun. The food, setting, and service is always excellent. We will return and hopefully enjoy better weather!

We stayed in one of the deluxe poolside rooms in February. Ours was on the ground floor and I believe you would find it to be very easy access in and out. The casitas look very inviting but I've never stayed in one of them.
