Was referred here by another office to begin Prenatal, called Riverside Borrego Health Center and the first time I was on hold for about 6 minutes and got hung up on. I called again and the representative told me they no longer offer OBGYN care due to their two practitioners no longer being with the company. Asked if she could refer me to any other office that offers OBGYN care and she just plain out said "No". If your website says you offer OBGYN, other offices are under the impression you offer OBGYN, you know you had patients that went for OBGYN services, wouldn't you think it'd be helpful to keep a list of offices that offer the same services you offer for your EXISTING and NEW patients?

The people who work here must think that HIPAA is some kind of joke. I've requested 5 times that certain individuals be removed from my medical contacts, and each time, the clinic claimed to have removed them, only for me to find out they did not. The staff of this clinic share patients' confidential information freely with whomever they wish, because they see it as gossip. Terrible clinic. I'd give 0 stars if I could.

My mentally ill stepfather was refused treatment here. He needed a psychiatrist to help him with his schizophrenia and they denied him treatment. I would say that if you have a medical problem don't waste your time with this useless place, go to a doctor somewhere else where they offer actual quality care.
