Yes, I do regular handyman work there weekly. There are residents that rent and or own the trailor or r.v. that are here all yr round.
People do live in Borrego Springs year round. It a regular small town with schools etc. It does get into the 100s in the summer. It is very isolated. Medical services are an hour away by car. Gas and many food items are limited and expensive. The winter months are fabulous here. Again..it is remote.
I believe there are people who own either a trailer or mobile home who live here year round.
