The hotel has its years but it is very well maintained, it is clean, nice staff. There is a bus to Unicersal (Universal is open from 8;)) straight from the hotel and for free. Nice view from the rooms. Very loud air conditioning, however efforts were made to fix the problem. A very good base also for Kennedy Space Cebter and Tampa. value for money 100%!

When I arrived to my room I checked my sheets as I always do, there I found dirty sheets which had what looked to be blood. I called the housekeeping lady that was in the hallway to come change the sheets where she proceeded to come in argue with me that the sheets were not dirty and that there was no stain. Finally she agreed to send someone else to change them. After that I went to go take a shower, well I turned on the shower and water started shooting everywhere. The pipe to the shower head had a hole in it so the water was shooting up to the ceiling. After my attempted shower I went to go watch tv where I was greeted with a crusted booger in the remote… the lock on the door did not work. I had to lift the door handle about ten times each time to get the lock to pop back out from the door. Then at 8am I was greeted with pounding on my door (same with the two other rooms we booked next to each other) by housekeeping who then opened the door to see if we left IT WAS 8am!!!! Only positive about the experience was that the hotel was close to universal.

Loved the cleanliness sanitizing some staff friendly, however, a staff member belittled me for no reason at all. The restaurant was closed, the convenience store closed, possibly due to busy at desk the clerk nicely rang up my purchases and after that she , shanti, asked to speak with me. Bluntly, stated, "you can no longer extend your stay here". Not only did I feel intimidated volnerably embarrassed after the unexpected unpredictable inappropriate words, I was confused as to why. We book here oft times and are wondering why.

Yes, a Shuttle from Universal Studios, on the bus stop, before you pass thru security check. Free from Universal tô Vulcano Bay, so you can park at Universal and get the shuttle to Vulcano.
yes, but the wifi was very slow and spotty. We were without functional wifi for at least at hour each night. We were not able to use netflix at all.
Yes
For me grade 10, I've been 2 times, quiet place, good cleaning, good service, Everything works as it should, I recommend!!!
Just go their page an get their mail and phone number as well
It has a fridge and microwave no stove. Also has a safe in it. We brang our own toaster to it aswell just handy for making breakfast in the morning before heading out. Also if ur coming from outside the states a good thing we did was to bring an extension lead then that way you only need 1 American adaptor
It does to universal, there is a desk at the hotel where a universal staff member will be a couple of hours on some days, the reception will tell you when they're there. Hope this helps :) we have been back home two weeks.
Not sure but there is a shuttle to universal in the morning and back again in the afternoon
No deposit this is not a resort!
There is a free shuttle to the studios and Disney World. You can reserve a place in the shuttle at the desk. But the places in the shuttle are limited, we had go there with a regular taxi because we were too late at the desk.
Yes, you can ask more information at the info desk
I just know the cost, it is 10 bucks per pacage.
Yes you can use the shuttle bus with a wheelchair. Ask for it at the reception of the hotel
About 20 minutes because of the heavy traffic.
Ive taken the shuttle and they have different times from early in the morning to late The universal has even later ones for night life experiences. The shuttles do make other stops at other hotels But if u want to uber cuz u do t want to go to the other 3 hotels next door then uber
I believe that if you contact the hotel, yes, because I did.
No, breakfast is an extra charge of about £9.00 each GBP. Get the local booklets on arrival and there are lots of money off and offers for close by breakfast/meals
No but the hotel staff will call you a cab or you can order an Uber.

Yes, but you get a discount when you stay at the Rose Inn
Yes... Iron, ironing board, hair dryer, coffee maker, small refrigerator and microwave are in the rooms. If you need anything else or have a special request, you can always call the front desk or add it to your reservation 'special requests'. They also have washers & dryers on certain floors for guest use (coin operated) and offer dry cleaning services. These are at additional costs, so check with their website, call the hotel or check with the front desk for actual prices.
