Best hotel for the money. Staff are all exceptionally helpful and friendly.

It is the best lower priced option in Orlando. We visit from Jacksonville, FL often, and if we are not staying in a Universal hotel, we are almost always staying @ Rosen. Staff are great, and it is a great value, not many nice hotels at this price and right down the road from Universal.
