Lovely hotel in need of modernising.

Rooms are little dated, and limited bathrooms for the 3 bedroom ones. The pools are nice. The food at the bar was awful. Fish tacos tasted frozen and I've had better Cubans from WaWa. The bar had great drinks and service. Frozen ones were awesome. Overall for the price, this place is worth the time and money spent.

Overall this resort was nice! The unit contained full kitchen with GE appliances, living space had nice hardwood flooring and every room was well decorated with nice paintings. There were activities the resort offered almost every night, ex: Movie night at the Main pool. You will be entertained during your stay. Staff was friendly. I will definitely stay here again.

Yes! I checked in at 1am due to flight delays. Just give them a call and they will make a note. Someone is always at the desk.
I didn't get bad Vibes from them. Maybe try a different number. Make sure u are contacting who u booked with the resort may not have your info. Happened to me once. I was contacting the wrong company. Good luck!
The hotel does not have a shuttle to the airport that I know of. They do have a shuttle to the Disney parks.
Reserve as soon as you can. 24 to 48 hours ahead with concierge.
