hotel is a disaster we came in the beds had hair washing machine was not connected water went EVERYWHERE on the kitchen area the sofa bed had dirt all over it I called main office there response about the machine was what would you like us to do

I come here 2-3 times a year. Never had an issue at all. Best advice is to take lots of photos and speak with management

Wow wow wow... I've been there 3 times work related, I ALWAYS TRIPLE CHECK EVERYTHING... not enough people on staff & the cleaning crew has a ton of rooms inside a small window of time = cutting corners everywhere

Yes better to talk to management right away. I spent two nights there. Not issues at all.
