I have been trying to cancel my reservation to this place for weeks, they do not answer the phone, their call back options don't work, i am sent to silent lines. I have spent 3hrs on the phone waiting 4 different times with no luck. HORRIBLE!!

I didn't get bad Vibes from them. Maybe try a different number. Make sure u are contacting who u booked with the resort may not have your info. Happened to me once. I was contacting the wrong company. Good luck!

They r very busy this time of year the lobby wait could be up to a three hour wait thats how popular this place is that people wait in line....

@Jean - Guy Leconte can you cancel online? How did you book? Thru Expedia? Booking. Com or their website? Check your email it should be directions on how to cancel your rsvp. I love Floridays Resort yes they do get busy at times and don't answer the phone.
