Oh my goodness I did the exact same. We bought our hotel on travlu, the ratings weren’t that bad and now they are really bad. I saw a few red flags but I think that’s illegal to misrepresent I’m going to my bank for a refund if possible.

Yelling all night, dirty linnens they replaced with brown blankets to cover it, mold in bathroom. Burnt spoon next to door. For the non optional 7 dollars they charge you, you get access to the YMCA next to it... "Ladies of the night" stroll up and down the sidewalk in front of the rooms looking for work. Honestly, call the credit card company and see what they can do to cancel or reverse the charge. Its not worth it.
If your only sleeping here your good... not the best hotel.
My hotel room i was not pleased with it. I didnt have no rags i had one towel and my door had profanity written on it and my a/c didn't work. And it was a cold night and me and my husband didn't have no heater. And cold sir was coming through the door so i wouldn't recommend this hotel to nobody its a sad place to be i was very unhappy
You want something good about this place...location is great, everything else is horrible and disgusting about the place. I would say give up on your deposit and find a place that doesn't need 20 minute police patrols and some where that the exterminator will not flee in terror from!!!
Margarita, do what you can to not stay there. Rooms are infested with roaches and housekeeping is non existant. Recomendation IF you stay there...... 1. Check under the bed for anything ( animal poo, condoms etc ) 2. Check the "clean" towels for hair 3. Bring air freshner for the urine smell in the rooms 4. And last but not least take a roach bomb with you from the supermarket......you are DEFINITELY going to need it.
Its a very nice hotel i stay here every year that i go to orlando dont worry you wont have any issues and the view is amazing and so close to universal and dinsey and sea world

Do not stay there! There is nothing good about the place. Bed bugs, drug dealers, no towels.....don't waste your$$$$
