Hello! This is kind of a complex concept but liquids in closed containers must be in equilibrium so vapor and liquid will form in bottles to form an equilibrium state. In order to put more liquid in the bottle a higher pressure would be needed within the bottle. The higher the pressure inside the bottle, the higher chance it has of exploding.

No but they will advertise it as such. They're all the same product but they con the public, ethics in this country is non-existent.
