Beautiful small campground. Evening quiet hours need more enforcement though

The landscapes were very wonderful but during the night a few raccoons came and ate a bit of my friend's bag and I heard what me and my friend think was a mountain lion and boar fighting very close. Other than the animal encounters it was very enjoyable and pleasant.

Great campground. Lots of critters at night. Pack it up.

I think so

Yes, we go all the time. It is mice to have a place to ho to the woods and feel nature. See squirrels and deer. Running creek. Giant redwoods. All good!!
There are outlets in the restrooms but it would be easier for you to buy a 12 volt airpump
I was allowed to have fires in the firepit and barbecue last week. No showers, though.
You'll want the Pioneer Tree Trail.
It cost us 8 dollars for a day use pass.
Sorry, no water play permitted in order to protect the salmon spawning and their reproductive cycle.
It has a few maples but mostly redwood trees. Best time would be now. Late September through October
Yes, water still on at each campsite. Bathrooms and showers closed. Porta potties and handwriting stations are plentiful, and serviced and cleaned regularly.... we were there a week and there was only one day that they did not get emptied, but park staff still kept paper products stocked. We accessed the creak without restrictions.
No, reservations are only accepted for group day use areas. Those can be made at reservecalifornia.com

I don't believe there is But I think there's a small shop* not 100% sure
I stayed in tent. No idea.
Yes. There are maps on entrance, included into entry fee.
Redwoods are right on parking place. Trails are pretty good but sometimes with branches or water.
Yes. Last time however, they ran out of wood.
Call Reserve California for info on cancellation policy. Or go to the website www.reservecalifornia.com
Shouldn't be a problem at all. The entrance to the park is always open. If you reserve a site it will have a reservation sign on the number post, and your last name listed. You can even call the park ahead of time to let them know of your intended late arrival.
Tomatoes Bay. Also check Leo T. Cronin Fish Viewing Area in Lagunitas.
Reservations are generally no longer made through the state park office/kiosk itself, but rather at reservecalifornia.com. SPT most certainly still takes reservations.
Camping is $35 per night, any day of the year. There is a limit of 30 nights per year.
No hookups, but water, restrooms, showers and a dump station. Olema is likely the closest place that has a campground with hookups.
Absolutely it's a great place for hiking and camping a truly wonderful campground I hope you have a great time
There is nothing posted.... and they have never stopped me
I asked once they said if it is quiet and had size restriction it was a yes.
Definitely but make a reservstion because they fill up
You have to make a reservation
On the website
They had a camp ground spot right next to the creek. Loved it!
You can use the california disabled pass at any campground and pay half. You dont have to stay at the disabled site. If you dont have a pass you have to go to the office in half moon bay or petaluma to apply. You can be a resident of another state and get the pass. Amazing! Look on ca state parks website for more info.
You can't exactly park on the site itself. We have a camper bus as well and like to keep it close to the site to use. There are a few sites that we have found but not many.
Yes must show Military ID
No, you just pay the day use fee to enter the park.
