You can use the california disabled pass at any campground and pay half. You dont have to stay at the disabled site. If you dont have a pass you have to go to the office in half moon bay or petaluma to apply. You can be a resident of another state and get the pass. Amazing! Look on ca state parks website for more info.

Not sure. They reserve campsites for disabled so you can probably pull up last minute and get a spot if you're not too far away.
