Only there for a short period, but excellent access for scenic views at multiple locations, cool short trail to see waterfalls and a great new visitor center.

I think they are, the young man who work there said they should be opening in a few weeks, but everybody's few definition varies.
There is one the Indian Ladder trail. Depending on the season, the waterfall can vary in intensity. Spring ( right after the snow melts) I have found to be the best time.
The pool was removed years ago. Warner's lake is nearby and so is Thompsons lake which has a public park beach.
There are many trails. A stroller may be difficult to use as there are many tree roots that could snag the wheels. The Indian Ladder Trail reopens today.
The trails are great for hiking with children. Enjoy.
It is technically closed but the overlook lot isn't barricaded. I saw the recent comet there.
I believe they close at 5pm
Admission to the park is free, as is Overlook parking. There is a $6 per car fee for parking by the picnic pavilions.
According to most state parks website's it's dusk. So right now probably around 8?
I think may 1st
Limestone. The area is mostly made up of exposed limestone bedrocks which can be quite sharp, and generally, it's a good idea to wear shoes on any trail to prevent falls.
