A standard Taco Bell, great and reliable after a transition into re-opening the lobby. The only thing is that I wish the lobby didn’t close so early at 9 pm.

Fantastic crew and service, but manager Sol was rude and unhelpful. She was yelling at employees and refused service to me. Rating would be much higher otherwise.

i love taco bell and this location was my go to but over the past few months it has gone down hill completely. the wait time is insane, even when you mobile order and it says its ready i still waited 30 minutes outside while the manager yelled at me for just standing outside waiting for my pick up cus the inside was closed for short staffed and i didnt have a car to wait in the drive thru (which was taking people over 30 mins anyways just to order) and then they gave me a completely different order but locked the doors so i couldnt even let them know. im a vegetarian so getting the wrong order just had me waste money on food i basically had to throw away. i completely understand being short staffed and am very patient and have no issue waiting longer for my food and i never complain but the manager was so rude for me waiting outside when another employee told me to and then to get a completely wrong order i couldnt eat just isnt okay. someone needs to get this location in order because its absolutely ridiculous and management isnt doing anything but making customers feel uncomfortable to even go there.

The apparent person in charge was really negative. She stopped the staff from getting our food ready while we stood at the counter waiting. All so she could talk about schedules and staffing issues. Not great service and not a great look for the business.

Might have problems with it. A year ago my stores phone line went down, and it would reign and ring on their end, but the shops phone didn't ring at all.
I know they are currently understaffed
