Great customer service during the buying process and afterward when maintenance is required. The bikes are quality products and it's amazing the technology they continue to develop. You won't be buying cheap bikes here but you will get your money's worth.

I needed a helmet, Noah fit me perfectly in a great red one to increase visibility. Added lights and away i was going. Before riding away I returned to ask about a wooden basket for my bontrager bike rack and Noah found a great one bring in for me. Trek stores and their customer care people are great. I love all the north county locations as they are convenient stops wherever i am riding whether along the coast or inland like this San Marcos location.
