Duncan's is an old-school gun store in the best way possible. It's a great store to browse and the team there is very knowledgable, friendly and competent. It's not hard to find something unique and interesting in their eclectic shop; and if they don't have it on the floor, it could be in a drawer in the back. Just ask. Hugo is a fine gunsmith, and I am always happy to have him work on my guns. He even fixes my old Colts! Duncan's is my favorite gun store in the area, and always worth a visit. A+!

The team here are very knowledgeable. They have excellent selection and do not get nearly as crowded as Turner's, and frankly the guys know alot more than the crew at Turner's. Prices are a little higher than Turner's but if you need guidance then it is well worth buying at Duncan's. If you need an instructor Curt works here on the weekends and is an awesome resource for training.

This is one of the few true gun shops around. Knowledgeable staff, friendly and willing to help. I have bought several guns there and also have done private sale transfers through them. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them and I go there first when I need something.

I went there with a buddy of mine and found one staff member who was extremely helpful. I had a lot of questions before I was going to buy, but what made me take my business else where, was the manager. Right in front of me he told his employee that I should move onto another customer who would buy. Keep in mind he whispered that so I'll give him that. I wasn't asking no more than 5 questions. The associate i was working with was very thorough in answering which did take some time. Aside from this poor experience I found that most of the the fire arms I was interested had to be ordered. I've gone back a few times with some friends who live in that area, never purchasing anything because of my previous experience. Every time I go I there I feel like I'm bothering them. If you know what you want, don't care about customer service and have no questions, this is the spot for you I guess. I gave 2 stars because the associate was awesome. I would have made a purchase if I didn't hear what the manager was whispering.
