The guys are nice but empty shelves,everything has to be order ,order my stuff Monday for Tuesday and they told me the stuff was ready for pick up, when I got to the store nothing, wensday same, Thursday, same I don't know what happened they told me but I'll order them again😌I wonder if the owners care?

DON'T GET YOUR TRUCK WORKED ON HERE! Where do I start. I got a lift installed here a few years ago. Loved it, thought it was great, decided to upgrade my truck and get a bigger 6.5 inch lift put on. When they were installing the new lift they noticed that the bolts on the upper control arms were completely damaged and not safe to reinstall onto the truck, and whatever shop installed it over torqued them causing them to be completely unusable. Once I had informed them that they were the shop that had installed the lift, (they even posted pictures of my truck on their Facebook page when they installed the original lift), they immediately changed their story and said the damage was caused due to wear and tear. In order to get my truck back, I had to pay for new upper control arms, which I was fine with paying that fee because I needed my truck back and didn't want it sitting on their lift for at least a week and a half waiting on those bolts. On top of that they wanted to charge me the installation fee due to an error that was caused by them. I tried to reason with them and communicate how I do not feel like I should have covered the cost of a bad installation done by their shop. They offered me a small discount but that was the most they were willing to do. To top it off, I had brought some wheel spacer for them to install on the rear wheels in order to even out the front and rear tires due to the new lift, and they never installed them! They kept them! The only reason I had got them back was because I noticed they were missing. When I called them about it they said you can come by the shop and pick them up. I didn't even get an apology for not installing them or keeping them, and now i had to waist more of my time to go pick up something they never installed THE BEST PART…. NO PUN INTENDED. When I asked why the spacers weren’t installed, the experienced mechanic, that “didn’t” over torque my original bolts, said it was because the truck didn’t look like they needed it, and the fronts were wide enough. THESE SPACERS WERE FOR THE BACK OF THE TRUCK. (my wheels are only 10 wide's..) ANYWAYS, this was a great 4wheelparts experience. I'll never be back.

If I could give the San Marcos 4wheel parts location no stars I would. I've had my truck for about 3 months after they installed, wheels, tires, lift kit, etc. It was about time I got my tires rotated so I took my truck to my trusty mechanic shop. Upon removal of my wheels, a tech approached me and showed me that all of my wheels were chipped and a stud/lug was completely striped. I had called 4wheel parts to let them know about the situation, I was told I was going to get a call back in 10 minutes but it took 2 hours. After this we had come to an agreement that they would replace all four of my wheels and replace my stud. After dropping my truck off I was confident that I was going to get my truck with new wheels and a fixed stud. They had fixed the stud and had chipped my new wheels AGAIN. The exact reason why I brought my truck in!!!! I was told that this is unavoidable and that they can't install my wheels without scratching them. Keep in mind they are $1,200 wheels and they are telling me that they will be scratched upon installation. I had my new wheels (3rd set) installed at tire/wheels installation store and not a single scratch. I reccomed not doing business with these guys, I sure as hell won't!!!
