Terrible service rude staff and have even gotten medication that isn’t mine. I normally have to wait 1 hour just to reach the window and have had experiences where staff disrespect my mother and mock her because she has an accent.

Pharmacists don’t care. Made an appointment for a flu shot and still had to wait 50 minutes. Everyone that didn’t make an appointment went before me.

The worst pharmacy I've ever had the unfortunate experience to have to go to for the past 2 years, since my absolute favorite nearby small business pharmacy closed. I always knew I was super lucky to have them back then but had no idea how much. Now I'm originally from NYC. And used Walgreens as my pharmacy. They were excellent, well mannered, super friendly (I know not the "normal New Yorker reputation- but I assure you this reputation is false). No matter what Walgreens I went to in NYC they were cordial, super professional , extremely quick and always correct- never got my medications wrong since everything was in the system. I never had to wait more than possibly 10 mins. And thats for a huge city of over 19 million people. With very few walgreens. So when I had to move my prescriptions to Spring Lake pharmacy...i was in for a huge surprise. The pharmacists.. are wonderful honestly. The two men. They are very cordial and competent. Jarrah is the only ONE other pharmacist I trust there with any of my medications. She always (when she's there) fixes everyone elses mistakes. Jarrah deserves 20 gold stars alone!! If she owned her own pharmacy I'd be there in a heartbeat. Everyone else that works there though...especially one or two in particular are Nikki, (who isnt the only one) who has been so super unprofessional, messed up medications constantly been rude to autistic young adults in my family....I cannot say worse about a person who should not be in this field of helping people that are ill or have people ill in their family that need their medications right away. She talks down to people and it straight up not nice nor coridal and diligent. And a person that talks down to someone with special needs? I've made several formal complaints to walgreense corporate and I hope changes are made for the better.

I am giving this location one star because I cant give ZERO. I went to get a vaccine that I had a prescription for + my insurance card which I used literally a couple hours before and they first made me wait 40 minutes to tell me my insurance wasn’t accepted. After I requested them to try again they said: “I went through now” and made me wait another hour to call my name. The pharmacist who applied the vaccine was completely distracted by his phone and the vaccine was extremely painful. I do not recommend this location at all. Avoid at all costs.
