The leasing consultant, Sara, is very nice and helpful. I recently transferred units and she helped me through the entire process. She was always quick to answer emails and any questions I had. She was very patient with me and made the entire transfer process go smoothly.

I'm moving to the Escondido/ San Marcos area for a new job and checked out Block C. I was definitely impressed by the quality of service and amenities offered at the competitive price. I took a tour with Sara and she was so patient with me and answered all my questions. She was so pleasant to work with. We ran into a couple residents and heard really great things about the community and the walkability. Block C is at the top of my list when I move down.

She addressed all of my questions and concerns and was extremely friendly and knowledgeable. She also gave me recommendations on things to do in the area, which was really helpful. Overall, my experience at Block C was nothing short of great. I got nothing but good vibes from the staff and community and I can't wait to move in soon :)
