I worked as janitorial at FCCS that place under ARC Industries, INC in 2011. In office slammed the door front my face. I got angry and threw the spray thing. I have a right do throw because I don’t like they slammed front of me. I was finished with FCCS. I walked out and quit. I found job. I work for Goodwill Columbus as custodian for long time. I’m so happy I work out there which not slam front my face. And independent work.

The 1st time I seen workers standing around to scan somebody at the metal detector and getting paid for it the office not open ,why don't they just put a sign up and make them get another position to work until they open up it's a waste of time to go there the street is a one way you can't even get inside the building unless you go through the metal detectors and the building is closed down so I don't understand why this place is still standing. they'll tell you to go online and as soon as you go online you don't get in touch with any caseworker that will help you with your case and I haven't got a payment since October and I haven't heard nothing back from the caseworker stating when I will so it's a waste of time this is a job for somebody that I don't want to do nothing at all.

Friendly service. Very helpful.

You have to file the paperwork first. If the father is not on the birth certificate then they may have you complete a DNA test. As long as you know where the father is and can provide an address things should go faster.
Absolutely not. If this is just a friend of yours you have no rights yo the kids nor any involvement with the fathers. Your best bet is talk to your friend, but in the end it's her decision, best advise to you. Stay out of the situation
If you can prove it, prosecution.
You can apply for child support without an issue, however if you go to any court, and you are on the docket, and you have a valid open warrant, they are waiting for you and yes you will be arrested.
Try talking to someone at the Child Support Recovery Unit also you can find out who the judge was that heard the case and go back for a review on your account
Who cares we are sperm diners. Not dads any more
Yes. You can have it set up to come out of your check before you receive it. Talk to your case manager immediately before it's too late!
Aren't you a lawyer??
It has to be decided by court of law.
Call your county case worker and ask for a review of the case. Tell caseworker what the issue is and go from there. I'm not sure if there is an actual amount that the paying parent has to be behind in before they start a process but the caseworker can let you know all that.
Seems like someone dropped the ball...That should have been established when the DNA was entered....Depends on the county CS order comes from...Each county's CSEA is different. I would suggest to contact CS officer of the ordering county 1st. And if "NO" results are given, contact a family court lawyer.
Well he needs to pay something
Make arrangements with the Franklin County child support services to see if they would be willing to lift the block off your license so that you can get to work to pay your back child support
Meditation is like premeditation same as premeditation murder under the Ohio code laws! Staci Leitnaker premeditated against me she kidnapped my only son and told the mother lies. Sara Lynn lightningcar is the mother I am the Biological father!!! Staci sabotaged my life for 5years and 9 months now causing havoc. She had my car reported stolen when it wasn't, she stole my identity
If I'm not mistaken you'll need to get the warrant taken care of first I would call Child Support Recovery tell them what my plans are ask them what I need to do from there. I think it's great that you're showing your responsibility
Go to child support an say you need mediation so you can get visitation rights also you can go down town to family court to start the process
The hours are now 8am to 4:30 pm as if 9/8/2021.
I don't know anything about that I just drove someone down there. Maybe give them a call or the caseworker you have.
Call child support arrange an appointment. They May be open for apts!
Do you receive gov benefits
Unfortunately you cannot remove back support. Not even in bankruptcy. However (should she choose), your child's mother can waive your financial responsibility thus, eliminating your back support.
You will need all the same documents as you might think of if you were divorced. But you need to provide dates of when you separated, and when the other party last supported the children.
I wpuld say seek paternity records from that court.
Whomever is the residential parent is possibly eligible for child support. Your best bet is to have it added into the shared parenting plan that there is to be 0.00$ in child support. You can add in that you will assist with some amount that you both agree upon that is for general "payment for expenses". That is what I did.
Most likely you will have to get the child a guardian ad litem. It's basically an unbiased representative that is there to act in the best interest of the child.
Start the process as soon as possible. It usually takes a while. You will need to file for a paternity test. Gather whatever information you have about her keeping him from you. It may help.
Is your child over 18
Either he's not over $3000 in arrearages or you haven't forced the issue with your caseworker enough plus its not a felony anymore so the state doesn't profit as much anymore since it's a misdemeanor now for non payment
Like Robin said you still will have to pay support for your child. It will go by minimum wage if you report no income.
I hate to be a glass of ice eater in the Antarctic but they don't do anything, and if it's under the table his people at the job will tip him off, so good luck with that. Do yourself a favor get a job that pays well and take care of your kids
Call case worker she have the information do you need
2-4 weeks, call your caseworker to make sure they don't have a hold on it because it could take longer.
Your case worker will be able to tell you. Or you have to call the office and ask someone.
Well you have to call them
Go to Franklin County Child Support office (80 E. Fulton St.) and tell them you want to start a case and where the dad lives. They should be able to do your case here. It's called an interstate case.
Have no idea....need 2 talk 2 a judge
U can always call and check. They can try to look up a case by ur social.
Contact your supoort officer to petition the court for a DNA
I don't know. I'm sorry. From what I've seen from other people they typically take the money directly out of someone's paycheck if they are able to. But I understand that not everyone's situation works like that. Unfortunately for Us(Me&My Son) the chances of ever recieving any tyoe of financial assistance from his father are slim to none. But if I can find out any more information for you I will let you know.
Rearage, if you have rearage you must pay it no matter what! an administrative review will change your order, but rearage is your enemy
They should catch it but id call your case worker to verify.
Contact Office 80 E. Fulton Street Columbus, Ohio 43215 Phone: (614) 525-3275 Call or go there. They will help with all your questions
You have to file a retention for a blood test but you will have to pay until your court date
Good to hear from someone I can relate to.
They will get your money from him. It may not be alot but his butt will pay I believe at 200 a mth being on that
Call the prosecutors office they offer all kinds of support to mothers.
Yes, but make sure your not behind on child support before you contact them. You can also contact children services
That depends upon the income calculations. If you start the process you have the advantage of not being surprised by any sanctions imposed by the courts for failure of nonpayment. The agency is only responsible for collecting the funds not how she spends the money.
Yes
Well that's really unlike Them But is probably because he doesn't work in whatever they do get from him is not gonna be consistent
Rose I would work with your enforcement officer, and the prosecutors office. They can see his track record and you being a woman have all the cards so in my opinion use them. Good luck
Online
Just call them...
it sounds like apparently you have been through court. you will have to check the visitation agreement and who has full or joint Arrangements in that agreement !!!! otherwise you will have to get an attorney and go through the Civil Court division...
you should have had to appear at a court at the Family Division. all of you people that ask these questions should start taking seriously anything that happens as far as going to court or getting mail. if you keep changing your address or have no permanent address you have to contact the Civil Court or Child Support Enforcement Agency and stay up on what is done to you in the court system. if you do not show up to a courtroom they're going to throw the book at you because you have not appeared to state your case. and make sure you call them at Child Support Enforcement Agency and have your SETS or SS number
you need your SETS number, it should start with a number 7 or your social security number and make sure you have all the information about your case in front of you, because they do not like to have to wait if you're unprepared . being prepared and having all your questions ready should make for an easy time with the agency
I haven't ever been able to get a non payment letter, I always just print the history of payments and use that as a confirmation of non payment.
Call the Child Support Recovery Unit find out who is handling your particular case then you probably going to need to go to the courthouse and have some document drawn up or notarized and probably take it back to Child Support Recovery Unit now I am just giving you a guesstimation but the first thing you want to do is find out who is the caseworker at the Child Support Recovery Unit and talk with them and go from there
I believe if it has been 36 months since your order was started you can file for an adjustment. Your caseworker should be able to help you with that
It depends on if you have an order form full custody. You shouldn't have to pay anything if he's with you. You're gonna have to go down there and file for an adjustment. You're case worker should know what to do
Not if you have it in writing still, most likely not.
They just don't want to answer the phone's, last minute calls usually means overtime, and the State don't want that.
Well found out that if all parties are in agreement and judge signs off yes it can happen
It's not on the back of the card.
Please make sure that you bring ID, birth certificate for the child(ren), Social Security cards for you and kid(s) and as much information as known about the father.
It gets sent to the address you have on file, as long as you have an open case.
I have a similar situation, but i signed the birth certificate, and they tried to get me for child support, after it was all done with, my name was never taken off the certificate, and my payment was set at zero, the mother can name the child what ever she so please, as long as you don't sign the birth certificate the Court's can't do anything, but if you sign the certificate, he's your responsibility, there for she can get you for child support,if you do sign the certificate, file for 50/50 custduy.
Dont you do it. It WILL be considered as a gift
