I’ve brought packages here like 10 times and I have never had an issue. I usually loved this location and everyone was always so nice to me. I have really bad anxiety to begin with and on top of that I had just found out my grandpa was sent to the hospital so I was pretty out of it when I had to send out my 3 packages. My last package the guy refused to take cause he said they don’t accept USPS items. I said oh usually I always bring them here that’s weird and he gave me nothing but attitude and said how I was saying he didn’t know how to do his job, which was not at all true. Usually they do take my USPS packages but I guess I always would have the label but didn’t realize so I walked out. Few minutes later I came back and asked if he could help me print a label out so I can leave the package since I had to drop it off today. He gave me more attitude then after he put the label on he said I owed $2.50 and I was confused and said oh I didn’t know I would have to pay, neither my boyfriend nor I heard him ever say I had to pay $2.50 or I would have gone to Walgreens to print it for 25 cents then drove back to drop it off. He gave me yet even more attitude and told me to forget it and leave and he threw my package in the pile. I left in tears after the day I had. I never want to come back here again. I rather drive 30 min to a different location. Next time be nice to your customers. You never know what they may be going through.
