A couple of years ago I signed custody over to my kids dad. I wipe out all he's back support and ww agreed that I didn't have to pay and put it in writing. Cans he go after child support now?

Not if you have it in writing still, most likely not.

No I do not. I have a transcript and we was to have shared parenting

If you had it in writing, Which would be on the transcript eithier on the Wed's when they have the lawyers @ Fccc, or if you went to court in front of a judge, As long as you know it's on them documents/ transcripts and he signed it, which I'm guessing so as he now has the kids, you can go down to the juvenile courts and request a copy for you and your Attorney, and fight it with those documents and or file papers with the court to get the kids back as that was part of the agreement that you both agreed on & it's on file with the court system! Again I'm only going by what you have posted, if it's not on the transcripts like you have said, Then YES he can get you for Child Support!

If he has them now then he probably can, but I'm not sure since you signed over custody.
