Absolutely terrible to do business with! They charge you for 1-2 day shipping and then if you're lucky you get your package 6 days later! Take your business elsewhere!!!!

I have been trying to reach this company for the past week and a half and still no reply. I need to get a remote for our Pride lift chair, but am not comfortable ordering from them online when they don’t even answer their emails. I am unsure about putting in a credit card number to order this item because if they don’t respond to numerous e-mails, I may be out a good amount of money and still have no remote. Also they will have my credit card number. This company needs to do a better job of customer service if you want to be a reputable company. Very disappointed.

DON'T BUY THEIR BATTERIES CUSTOMER SERVICE DOES NOT RESPOND TO CORRESPONDENCE. Spent over $300.00 in April 2021 on a 18 Amh battery pack for my mobile device. First battery died in Oct 2021 leaving me stranded in middle of airport in Utah. Had to charge every 15min of use after that. Second battery died Nov 2021. Spent $160 replacing both since Mobile Mobility Services will not respond to my complaints.

Hi John, I'm not sure if this message was for us. We provided a 2-button lift chair remote for a Golden Technologies chair that you sent back to us for a refund. The refund was provided and I do not see another order that was rejected. Let me know what I'm missing so I can get to the bottom of the problem. Thank you
So sorry for the delay of your order. Unfortunately at the moment the USPS website is not displaying any movement of your order. I have filed a claim with US PS to return your order to us. Our shipping department is shipping out a second order this morning and should arrive to you by Wednesday the 15th if for some reason you receive both shipments please refuse one of the packages. Again so sorry for any inconvenience from this delay. Thank you
