Like Robin said you still will have to pay support for your child. It will go by minimum wage if you report no income.

I'm a lawyer. They can still order child support. If income can't be determined, they will use minimum wage, which is about $17,000.00 per year now. So, you should still pursue that parent even if they get paid "under the table."
