How do I get the back child support when the father does not report income he get paid under the table

I hate to be a glass of ice eater in the Antarctic but they don't do anything, and if it's under the table his people at the job will tip him off, so good luck with that. Do yourself a favor get a job that pays well and take care of your kids

If you know where he works , even if it is under the table you need to tell FCCS that. It's so easy. You go into the office sign in and they HAVE to speak with you within 15 minutes. When you sign in you tell them you want to see a caseworker and one will come out within 15 minutes and you give them all the info you got. They will get to the bottom of it!!!!
