Go to child support an say you need mediation so you can get visitation rights also you can go down town to family court to start the process

if you are listed on the birth certificate you have parental Rights go to Family court if you haven't already Child support and Visitation have nothing to do with each other. Unless there is a safety concern there is no reason that there shouldn't be visitation granted
