it sounds like apparently you have been through court. you will have to check the visitation agreement and who has full or joint Arrangements in that agreement !!!! otherwise you will have to get an attorney and go through the Civil Court division...
Not paying child support payments on time is actually irrelevant to visitation. Calling child support agency unfortunately will not help a damn bit! This agency is only in place to enforce the money aspects! You no since $$$$$ is way more important than a father being in the childs life! Smh! I would advise you to file contempt of court against her! Do everything you can to keep contact with the child! Dont let her win! Good luck getting any help from csea however! They dint give a damn about you or your child or the mother! They only want that 2% from every single person who has to pay support! This is definitely a problem with our system that needs to be reavaluated! God bless you and your family.
Try and file for joint custody, or get some other type of court papers.
Unfortunately paying child support doesn't always guarantee you visitation or parenting time. You would need to file A visitation agreement or order to the court to ensure contact with your kids, if you don't already have one in place.
