I draw S.S.I. my question is . I am being forced into paying support by Adams County . They threaten to take my liscenes away if I don't . Is it legal for them to do that

Yes. You can have it set up to come out of your check before you receive it. Talk to your case manager immediately before it's too late!

Not sure about ur county but if it's disability no they cannot take any support u can file a hearing with the courts to get it fixed but they can't threaten u to take liscens I am currently paying support for my son who is now 18 and I have received support ik people who get SSI Disability they can't touch their money now if u work as well partial disability idk about but if u were fully favorable then no

Yes, but they can only take a percentage of SSI and retirement it's supposed to be a smaller percentage than if you're employed
