The room amenities were nice, in fact it was probably my favorite part. We enjoyed that you could experience the park for two days with one over night stay. However, it was very crowded and could do with some maintenance/updating. All the staff was friendly, the kids had a blast. We ended up buying the pup pass which turned out to be a great deal. We also did the breakfast package and that was a good value too. My only issue really was that nothing opened until 8:30/9:00. We just hadn’t planned on that and really felt like for our earlier rising family it out a damper on our fun. After looking at further reviews it seems the week day is a better value and more fun.

We love love Great Wolf Lodge! They let you check in early if the room is ready, great food with decent price, rooms are expensive but the water park and kids program are just amazing. My kids have a hard time leaving this place. Check in took a while and I wouldn't say all the staff were above and beyond but hey... I feel this everywhere i go since covid changed our lives. Room was spotless. I wish they have filtered water station everywhere so I can just fill up my bottle. Bottled water at the lodge is not only expensive but hurting our environment. Main restaurant and Starbucks had really really long line up in the morning. Other than that, I think our 3 and 6 yo kiddos had fantastic time!

My family and I stayed for 2 nights in one of their basics suites. The room was clean and had plenty of room for my family of 5. The water park had activities for all ages and was well maintained. When you arrive you get an itinerary for kids activities throughout the day. Anything from yoga in the morning to a dance party at night. The Starbucks in the lobby was a great idea. The kids loved Magi Quest. The hotel itself was nice and staff was friendly. Food options inside the hotel and outside made it easy for meal time. There were a few drawbacks but they were minimal. Those were: the pizza didn't taste the best, maybe it was the marinara used, the coal mine was cool but you had to pay to see it and, the arcade was pretty pricey. I spent $60 on 2 cards to play and got around 110-120 game tokens on each card. It goes fast when the average games cost 15 tokens to play. Overall though, the kids didn't notice. We had fun, I'd bring my family back for sure.

Almost didn’t go because of the bad reviews. I’m glad I went. It was very fun. Fun slides with my 4 year old. And shallow pools with my 1 year old. 10/10 good day. A little pricey at $90 for my family. The wave pool was no joke. It’s everything you hoped the wild waves wave pool would be.

When you are at the Great 🐺 lodge everyone becomes a kid again!!!
You'll want to call the resort, as they have a limited amount of rooms available for service animals.
I just booked through their website and fees & taxes were almost half of the room price! I think that so called discount code I was sent basically just took it off the front end and they added the extra back into the end price via *fees!
Yes, but it does get crazy tight in the 2nd floor where there are the trees and the arcade. Arcade is very tight too with all the machines. They do have a lift in and out of the recreation pool and everything is a accessible via ramp just not the tall slides where you have to climb a million stairs.
Great family resort
Breakfast buffet is 14.99 adults and 9.99 kids...all the food onsite is spendy but there is a McDonald's, Jack in the Box, Dairy Queen, Figaros pizza and a Burger Claim within 2 blocks
Yep!! They have a fun splash area for the very little ones!!
From the lobby, take a right down the hallway. The restroom is a short distance from there.
They have started selling day passes to the water park for non guests. The pricing seems to be based on how full the hotel is as it was something crazy like $120 a person a few days before I went for the day pass but generally seems to be $50 which is what they used to sell extras to hotel guests staying if they had day visitors. Imo the water park alone isn't worth $50 but it may be to other people. It's probably cheaper to just stay there via one of the groupon deals unless it's just one person or one parent and a kid but if at a possible staying on site is worth it AND you get two days of the water park or 1 3/4ths as you can't officially get your band for staying until 1 PM and the water park opens at 10am I think but the second day you can go open to close.
It used to be better. Do a day trip to Wild Waves in Federal Way, definitely cheaper and more fun!
Good fun. Up to 4 people at a time, kids need to be over 48" tall to ride.
Mask are required everywhere except in restaurants when at table and once you reach your chair at swimming pool and room in my opinion I would recommend staying away from swimming pool because me and my friend both got a cold after our trip there and we wore masks and I suspect it was at the swimming pool we got sick because of humidity and people there
Not slumber party roomy, but adequate. I've stayed in 3 different style suites and the bathrooms have all been comprised of a toilet and a tub. Glamor mirrors and sink outside of the actual bathroom.
You will be in Grand Mound when you exit I 5. It is a nice little town with places to eat.
Yes, there is a candy shop in the resort. They have a reasonable selection of various candies available.
Take I-5 north to Exit 88 (Hwy 12). Turn left at the first stoplight onto US-12 W, then turn left onto Old Hwy 99. Continue south for approximately 1/3 mile, the lodge is on the left. https://www.greatwolf.com/grand-mound/customer-service
They don't have a completely set dress code,.but try your best to wear swim clothes
not terrible. they do have times it struggles but during the day it works fairly well.
Don't know where they are either.
Nope. Facility is only open to hotel guests. Hotel guests can get day passes for other guests, but they're probably not cheap.
The Chehalis tribe are partial owners, purchasing it from the Great Wolf Corporation. My wife is a tribal member. She says that they had nothing to do with the decor; Great Wolf Lodge is a package franchise that comes turn-key. She also says to say thank you for your visit, and we hope you come again soon!
An average 'Bar' size fridge with a little pocket freezer inside.. enough to store food and drinks - depending on how many is in your party..
The Buffet is eide open and loaded with such items as pork, chicken, beef, fries, potatoes, veg dishes, raw veg, vegetarian items, tons of sweets and desserts, pancakes, sausages, bacon, eggs, cereals...pretty much everything you can imagine!! The other restaurant has seafood so ypu can still get your fix... Enjoy, you sirely will NOT be hungry when you leave lol
I didn't see any, but then again I really wasn't looking. There are multiple places to eat in there that all carry their own menu. With kids being so precious, I'd call them directly to ask before taking the advice of someone on here. I wouldn't want anyone to point you in the wrong direction with something that important. I'm sorry, I wish I could help you on this one!

Kids fun pack, I believe, is a ticket to activities like the ropes course, tokens for the aracade on their card, abd other items. I do not believe it includes a wand adventure bjt I may be wrong. The wand adventure is $30 though.
As long as you are appropriately covered it's fine. My nonbinary kiddo wears a full body rash guard
Just for stay and water park plan to pay $100 per person. Arcade is expensive and the wizard wand thing is $30 a kid. It was fun but costs A LOT.
You will have to stay at the resort to get a Waterpark pass. No day passes are available.
If memory serves, they tried that once but it was almost as expensive as just getting a room There's so much to do though, it's better just to get a room
It's pretty busy there. It's essentially a mini resort. There was literally thousands of people at my last visit a few weeks back.
I do not think they do have R V. spots. I think they want you to stay in the lodge and enjoy the water park.
I not sure. However, based on the price of their mixed drinks I would say it would be somewhat expensive.
Sorry, I don't know. Can u call to him?
It depends if you go during the week or on the weekend...$300ish on the weekend.
Yes, you can. You can also use the water park from noon time.
If you ask the front desk when you check in they should tell you but I believe when I stayed there it was till 9pm just like the magiquest and other games
It has been closed since last Sunday at 5 p.m. this whole week for cleaning.
80 dollars.
Look into a paw pass it comes with the game, wand, and topper and much more.
No there is no childcare. It is definitely more geared towards kids rather than adults.
It varies in price depending on time of year, room, coupon and deal you get.. But expect low 150 a night to high 400. The water park is included in the price of the room for all persons in that room. You can also get discounts or free passes for friends not staying, but that you would have to ask them for details on.
At the beginning of making your reservation it asks for number of people
Yes, air conditioned lobby and stores, yet a consistent 76 degrees in the pool area. If you have younger kids they will have the time of their lives lots to do for the young ones! Pool, adventures, arcade, ice cream shop. Year round is a good time to be a Wolf.
It's free for wolf pass
...full benefits of the park: reservation over night, have a breakfast buffet in the morning...for kids: your water park will be a wonderful idea for them...parents: for the kids, go with the flow...for that period of time: make MEMORIES AND have FUN...AND ENJOY...🌹🙊🙈🙉🌹
Starts at 8:30 ends at 11:00
Thanks Trista. I think she's trying to say 1 and it is part of the main pool which is 1/2 in the building and 1/2 outside . As far as the rooms having hot tubs, have no idea, Sorry.
Nipsey hussle- victory lap
We were there about 1 week ago and they weren't doing any renovations then.
If you're on I5 from Portland you'll see it on the left. You'll take the next exit, take a left over the overpass and a left onto the road that runs parallel to I5 and his there
Yes you can, buy online and pick up at front desk. Says it on their website FAQs
on the other side at the road its a marquetstore
Dnt know
you need to stayml at the hotel I try last weekend and the guy told me they don't have day pass anymore
You can access the pool at 1pm. Check in is at 4pm but you usually get your room a little before then. There are lockers and locker rooms for your stuff and for you to change.
I don't know for a fact if you are able to use a slow cooker or rice cooker in the rooms or not but you can always call and ask. Some rooms may have a kitchenette. Personally I would bring one with me and use it because all they would probably do is tell you not to use it. I will add that there are several very affordable places to eat that are very close by.
Room and Water park only
The passes are great for kids or adults. We just took my 6 year old and we only got the pass for him, you do not need to purchase a pass for an adult. When you checkin you get a wristband that is good for the waterpark from the day you checkin to the day you checkout. You will be able to use the waterpark all day, even after you check out. You can also check in early and use the waterpark until your room is ready as they will text you the room number.
No they don't have a sauna or steam room but they have a hot tub ones outside and ones inside
They had the game Playing in the lobby. I bet it will be playing in the bar/grill too.
Not in Grand Mound hotel use only but if someone is staying they can buy guest passes
9pm
There is a very large semi truck gas station in the parking lot, I'm not sure what the permissiona are over there.
There are none on site, but 2 free 240v chargers about a mile away by the liquor store/Mexican restaurant. Also there is a DCQC about 7 miles south.
I believe there was a family one as well.
Nice town and right off the freeway
They have some available
Passes to the water park are included with the room charge.
All the slides have inner tubes, and depth of the water varys. the deepest is ~3-4 feet and shallowest is ~1-2. There are life jackets available. There are attendants at the bottom to assist getting out.
As of last year there was no day pass option. You needed to stay over night in the resort
Sun- Thursday the waterpark closes at 8 PM, opens at 9 am. Friday and Saturday opens at 9 am, closes at 9 PM. Arcade is 24 hours and Magiquest can be played 8 am until 10 PM.
Depends on what you want to do you cant go swimming but you can go to the show and play in the magiquest and arcade
Water park opens at 9am, MagiQuest at 8:30am. Check-in is technically 3pm, but people were lining up around noon. You can have access to the park on day of check-in at 1:30pm
Exit 88. Look for the blue lodging signs, they have Great Wolf Lodge on them. We came down from Kelowna :-)
Sea-Tac airport
There's a type of magician quest type thing you can do. You buy an rfid wand, walk all over the lodge gathering virtual gold and experience and walk around 10 miles. Wands are $17 and up and the quest package is around $35. Gonna do it with my kids next time we're there.
Loved it had alot of fun but can get expensive when you have 4 kids with you.
I would say no
8 floors
At great Wolf Lodge you'll meet Wiley the Wolf, Violet the Wolf and Oliver Raccoon have some new friends at the lodge. Meet Rachel Raccoon, Sammy the Squirrel and Brinley Bear.
Anyone who gets a room at the GWL gets bands into the water park. The amount of bands could be limited to the occupancy size of your room, however. So make sure you account for everyone in your party and get a room that accommodates everyone.
Whenever is cheapest it is always crowded all year long
We just left today. It was $250 Friday thru Sunday a night plus meal packages, Paw passes, etcetera.
We drive down twice a year for a few years now and no problems. Knock on wood!
only pay to play is birthday parties that i know of
I'm not sure, but the swimwear is very overpriced so I suggest you bring your own
The Great Wolf Lodge is expensive but if you add the cost of a water park and a hotel it's about the same. The Great Wolf Lodge also has a wonderful staff and they are very strict with their employees. For example the housekeepers are only allowed to bring clear plastic bags with them and if they get caught with anything from the rooms its immediate termination.
10:am to 8pm this was Oct 16 -18 Monday thru Wednesday in Washington state
They have all sizes for sale but are expencive
no breakfast nothing is free go grocery shopping prior to arrival
We took my granddaughter for her 3rd Birthday. She had an blast. We felt very safe. Staff is very friendly and they are continually sanitizing. This was our first adventure here, we plan to return 😊
