I didn't see any, but then again I really wasn't looking. There are multiple places to eat in there that all carry their own menu. With kids being so precious, I'd call them directly to ask before taking the advice of someone on here. I wouldn't want anyone to point you in the wrong direction with something that important. I'm sorry, I wish I could help you on this one!
we had no trouble getting staff to accommodate special requests...we have several including dairy and strawberry...staff was very good
They have gluten free options in The Lodge sit down restaurant and the buffet is quite extensive. They ask that you advise them to allergies and food sensitivity when booking and when ordering food so imagine they gave worked around a dairy/egg allergy before.
My son is Egg only and we had options and the sit down restaurant was able to answer our questions. I believe all the pasta had egg so that takes away a lot of options. The breakfast buffet had lots of fruit and oatmeal and meat.
