No you don't have to reserve, however if you are a big group or you have a specific table area that you want it's not a bad idea to reserve.
Amenities and parking are open memorial day to labor day.
No there isn't.
It's mostly ran by volunteers who assist in maintaining the park due to budget cuts. Just putting out there. If Anyone is interested in the volunteer program please contact the parks and recreation in your county for more information.
