Every single one of the employees I’ve interacted with so far make me soooo so happy, they all have the best customer service. Michelle and Sean (I’m so sorry for probably spelling that wrong) were both so thorough and helpful when I came in a couple different times looking for things. I’ve only encountered Zura over the phone but they were so willing to help with my questions and even called back to double check that they had returned my call from earlier in the day, since it was a busy day for calls and they forgot to cross my name off the callback list🥰 every one of them has been openly considerate and dedicated to helping me! thank you all!!
