Breakfast was suspended and hot tub was closed during our visit (literally the only issues I could find) room was clean and comfy. However, the highlight during our stay was definitely the front desk agent, Kiana. She was so sweet and you can tell that she really cares about the job. For example, I got a bottle of coke with the dinner we had delivered and we couldn't get the top off. I asked up front if they had a bottle opener. Kiana said no, but opened it with a lighter for me. One example of many as to how she goes above and beyond to make guests feel welcome.

My Wife and I stayed here and they showed having a hot tub and pool. both were our of order. The breakfast was shut down by the Health department. The Ice machine didn't work. The wife has surgery coming up on her hip and they made us go up a flight of stairs with no elevator. found used soap in the shower food in the sink, and the door to the freezer was of due to ice buildup. Never coming back!

I reserved a suite, but upon arrival was told that there were none available because they don't even exist, despite the photographs online. I was put in a standard room. When I asked the desk clerk if I could receive a partial refund, since I had paid for the rate of a suite, she told me there was nothing she could do about it. She told me to have a nice day and then hung up on me. When I called back, the front desk clerk was incredibly snotty. The stairs leading to the room were FILTHY. I was told by staff member that the photos online are out of date. I HIGHLY recommend you stay ANYWHERE but here. They are raking it in by advertising gorgeous rooms only to stick you in a tiny room and keep your money anyway. I would rate zero stars if I could.

AMAZING STAY! James the front desk manager was very helpful during check in. Rooms where spotless, the housekeepers have a very positive attitude. The location was perfect for food, shopping, and more. The freeway is located conveniently to the hotel, however you can not hear the noise from the freeway inside the hotel. The breakfast area was very easy, convent, organized, and clean.
