This place use to be booming on the inside but since the pandemic it's gone by the wayside. Use to be all kind of people working but now you're good if there's even a handful of people working. The drive through is still busy maybe a bit of wait time (like every where else). The great thing is tje food is still great & the servers are friendly & helpful as well as prompt with the orders. I still like this place👍

Where do I even begin? It took over ten minutes for them to cook my food (I was there at 11am and the only customer waiting for food), my chicken sandwich was extremely overcooked and was hard as a rock, the men's room looked, and smelled, like it hadn't been cleaned in several days, and an employee was standing just outside the entrance to the restaurant smoking cigarettes which I highly doubt is the "welcome to Jack in the Box" experience that corporate would have wanted. You'd be far, far better off going to any of the other options in the area for food.

Stopped in drive-through for nieces lunch. She had tiny Taco nachos & Curly fries. Oh they forgot Curly fries, but noticed before left facility. So tried to get into lobby to get them, but lobby still CLOSED! So had to go back through Drive-through, and of course 2 deep at that time! Really...

All the employees seem to do as they please . If your orders not correct they don't bother replacing it so don't ask .Hours are never as they state they are open for !
