Hi there, This review is for upper management as a complaint. My name is Greg. Today on Sunday June 5th 2022, I came into Cannabist/Patriot Care Lowell MA for the first time as a new medical patient. I had placed an order for $101.00 and was made aware I qualified for a new patient discount. I came into the store excited to check it out and pick up my order. Communication with the bud tender was somewhat skewed in regards to the discount and there was some miscommunication and confusion between myself and her. I was patient and cordial with her, and I do believe store audio/camera footage would verify that. She may have misinterpreted my tone but I had no issues with her other than her not understanding the principal ''the customer is always right'' and in my case a ''patient''. After the purchase was finalized, I called back just to get more clarification on the new patient discount and was greeted over the phone by a very professional and polite staff member who gave her apologies for the confusion and said she would follow up with her manager. I was transferred to the clinic manager who vaguely introduced herself as Jen. I had already told the first person I spoke with in full detail the reason for my call. Jen was completely and utterly rude over the phone. She was curt, nasty, impatient and condescending, then accused me of starting problems with the bud tender which was a totally fallacious remark. She then abruptly hung up the phone on me. I was so shocked and let down that I drove back to the dispensary to return my items. After being cleared by security, I entered the building and waited for a brief moment in a small lounge area. Another woman, who claimed she was a manager, yet refused to provide her first name, started berating me and making false accusations towards me after I told her my name. She already knew who I was which I found to be a bit unsettling. I never met her before in my life, and it was my second time ever stepping into the building. She was short with short brown hair and heavier set with gage's in her ears. Her demeanor came off as rather aggressive and psychotic. I asked if I could return my products due to this awful experience and she stated ''no all sales are final'' then demanded to see my medical card even after security had already cleared me as a patient. I was not making anymore purchases and I'm a person who prefers to keep my private information to myself. She then kept saying ''Jen told you not to come back'' which was also false. I have the phone call recorded. I then asked if I was being trespassed from the building and she then shouted at me to leave. So I complied. As I was leaving the parking lot, that same women and another woman with purple hair were standing out front, so I voiced my opinion again saying how terrible this experience was especially as a new patient. The women who I had spoke with in the building then proceeded to cuss at me and told me to ''f off'' as I was driving away and leaving the parking lot. Overall, I cannot believe the disrespectful behavior of those employees especially being in a management position. I don't know why things escalated so fast but it seems like there is some confusion among your staff on how to treat new patients and provide customer service in general. I do affirm that I was being both respectful and cordial with all of them and was very patient. This was a major let down and I will not be coming back to Patriot Care Lowell again after this experience. I will be leaving a negative one star review on Google as well, and will also let my friends know this is not the place for care or service. I am appalled at the manner in which your staff treated me as a new patient. Is this a reflection of Patriot Care in general? Shameful indeed. I've been to dispensaries all over MA and this was a first time shocker for me. Very poor conduct on your employees behalf, it was a rather despicable performance and a big bust. Perhaps if Patriot Care is willing to honor my discount I may reconsider, otherwise you lost a new patient/customer.

Unbelievable. Part of THEIR system went down yesterday. They said it was every dispensary and asked people to pay taxes in recreational if they were medical. THAT WAS A LIE!!!! Several other dispensaries were able to service medical without any issues. I will NEVER go back here. There so many other dispensaries servicing customers better & cheaper now. Do not go here!

Good prices/selection, I only purchase the edibles so not reviewing their flower. Employees seemed happy and helpful but loss of star because the environment is a hellscape for anyone on the spectrum or with anxiety, set up without areas to stand or sit to think or feel safe made worse by the one extremely loud speaker set up above the standing area. I actually could not stand there and couldn't wait to get away from the place for this reason, and I saw another medical client complained of this same issue. Would recommend making this place more welcoming than "good vibez"

Stay home look up weed delivery text or call and then be happy or you can go there if you have to use the bathroom you have to use an outhouse because the place sucks they make enough money to be able to use a regular bathroom but it really doesn't care

Theyre presently working to resolve issues with the Leafly website. Eventually everything will be available here. We have been open for Medical for several years now that's why Medical seems more organized product wise for the time being. Yes. Rec hours are from 10am to 7pm and all you need is a valid form of identification. (Drivers license, passport, et . anything that's valid, has a picture and has an birthday.)
They weren't really known for having a wide array of products even before going recreational. I'd compare them more to a craft brewery of sorts. Their growers are some of the best in the state, but I don't think they have the means to keep up with the demand of being the only dispensary in the county. Once more rec shops are able to open lines will shrink, menus will be more robust, and *fingers crossed* prices will drop

You can't purchase that much at a time without a medical card at this location currently. The amount you can purchase for recreational usage is pretty limited in order for the dispensary to have enough for everyone. Once you have your card, all those restrictions (and the outside line) go away!
