Any medical grade cbd has 10% or less of thc that's what makes the cbd work
Call them or go on site. All flowers has thc. Card for medical you get more educated on the blends etc. Adult use idk.

No all products contain at least a small amount of THC. You do not need a card to make a recreational/adult use purchase, just a valid ID.
