Mr. Gumby
We took our first trip to this bakery. It's small, but had a good selection of Portuguese food, as well as some fresh baked breads and rolls. We tried several foods, including a cheese and a chicken filled fried dumpling type food ( can't …

Well there is rats in there for sure since i saw one crawling around the wires as well as ants crawling all over the pastries. I asked one time for a bacon egg and cheese on a roll and she served me raw bacon. She took raw bacon and put it …Mr. Juan Ortiz, We take this very seriously and have already contacted an expert to come review our store for any issues. Thank you for bringing it to our attention.

Don’t recommend the staff is very rude this is the second time my boyfriend and I have gone and they’ve messed up our sandwich order giving us 4 ham and cheese sandwiches instead of just the one meat sandwich we asked for. The second time we didn’t realize until we were home we call them back and asked them if we could bring them back because there was no need to all the extra food and it wasn’t what we ordered. The girl who had took our order argued with us saying that’s what we had asked for and hung up. We called a second time and a different girl picked up we had a conversation about the situation and I asked if I could speak to the owner she then proceeded to ignore us and say she didn’t understand English even though she was just talking to us in English. I spoke to her in Portuguese since she said that all she spoke and when I explained everything again she said she would let me talk to the owner and hung the phone up. Go somewhere else it’s not worth spending your money here!!!

Hi Carol, we do make both corn bread and sweet bread but unfortunately neither is gluten free. We do have a very popular gluten free bread called Yuca Cheese Bread. It's made with Yuca, or cassava, instead of wheat. It does contain cheese.
