This place was awesome. My first experience was a beautiful one. My wife is the one who referred me to Buena Vista. Be prepared to wear a mask and wait till the door is opened for you to come inside. They take the COVID Guidelines very seriously. They consider the safety of their workers and clients. There is parking at the back of the building and the entrance for appointments is through the side. The Dr. Who did my exam was Very polite, friendly, and had great energy. Overall the doctor was amazing to me. When it was time to pick my glasses, the staff were patient, gentle, open-minded, and provided Many options before I finalized my decision. I would refer this place to anyone who is looking for a great Experience.

This place is a joke, extremely unprofessional, rude, all reception does is give you the run around, hire some professionals to run your place of business instead of people who take health care as a joke. It’s receptionist’s like this who give reception and front desk a bad name as incapable and incompetent, just a bunch of silly girls running this place who think it’s funny to give people the run around. I will never bring any family member here, I suggest you do the same and take your loved one to a place that actually cares about people and acquiring future patients. Absolutely ridiculous staff.

I Had been going to this place for over 25 years! They are RUDE and DO NOT CARE ABOUT THE Patient! Dr Holt and Dr Cuadros would NEVER HAVE TURNED AWAY A 2 YEAR OLD WITH EYE PAIN! i wouldn’t even give them a star! HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE the place SMELLS there BUGs alll over the floor! And they have no idea about insurance! They VIOLATED HIPPA and gave me someone else SSN!! I would NEVER RECOMMEND THEM unless you have medical-cal and thats YOUR last place! no sense customer service. I have family 6 they lost all my respect

I love the staff, very nice and as well for the doctor but i think they're very bad a calling when the glasses arrive specially the ones that medical provide, they say it takes about 3 weeks but i don't get why if the glasses are sitting there they don't call, i had to call when the 3 weeks were up and they said that one of my kids glasses were already there, another thing they forgot to send one of my kids glasses and now he needs to wait another 3 weeks its ridiculous, I'm starting to think they only do this for medical patients, my mom took my sister and paid for hers and the glasses were ready by the 3rd day! This is the 2nd time that happens and i had left a good review because they said it would be different this time, unfortunately it wasn't i bet if i call today to ask for the other 2 glasses that I'm supposed to get, I'm sure they are going to tell me that they have been there sitting! Come on Buena Vista i been coming here for the longest, things should run the same when you pay for a service as well for when you get the benefit of getting this service for free through medical.
