I did some research on washers and dryers online before going to Airport Appliances. The sales person was low key, answering our questions, but was not pushy. We were able to get delivery on a day we chose. We were notified that the window was from 7:30 - 11:30 am. I received a text at 7:00am that the installers would arrive within 15 minutes. They hauled away our existing washer and dryer (which you must arrange for at the time of purchase for a small fee), hooked up our LG Wash Tower, and made sure it worked. Very happy with our experience.

This place is AWESOME!! I got everything I wanted for my new oven and them some!! The price was great, the customer service was awesome, and the installation was perfect!! They took care of everything - I had no worries!! I absolutely love my new oven - it is so beautiful!! I will be back before the end of the year to buy a new refrigerator!!

Airport Home Appliance had aggressive safety protocols in place including clear plastic shields between staff and customers at their ordering and payment counters, detailed lines on the floor spaced appropriately 6ft apart, hand sanitizer available and all the required notices including the request that all wear masks while inside.
They are on display at the San Jose showroom.
This review is pretty bad. I had thought to go there, but after reading this, I am seriously thinking, maybe not. I don't need the aggravation. Thanks for the heads up!
